Every single thing was perfect. We got a room with a tub. - All of the staff members were affable and amicable. - the location of the hotel was absolutely perfect and comfortable - within a close distance from a tranquil park.

I thoroughly enjoyed the brand-new room at the hotel. the staff were amicable and welcoming. - the room offered a wide selection of complimentary drinks. - the hotel's easy access to Zaventem airport, only a 24-minute drive away, was very convenient.

The rooms here are really bright and decently spacious, plus they come with a good variety of complimentary drinks. There are four rooms with their own bathrooms. the staff is super friendly, and the host is awesome. ✨

I recently stayed at B&B Daya for a few nights during my visit to Leuven. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk from the train station. The accommodations were fantastic - clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the breakfast they provided each morning was absolutely amazing. The attention to detail in the room and bathroom was impressive, and the complimentary drinks in the minibar were a lovely touch. I also highly recommend trying the homemade dinner, especially the delicious beef stew. a truly delightful experience.

Always come back. The staff helped with money. Perfect for me with Wi-Fi, picnic area, TV, shared kitchen. No pets or smoking. Coming back this weekend.

The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the breakfast provided was delicious. the highlight of our experience was the hospitality of our hostess. She were great too make our stay nice, even preparing a special Kurdish dinner for us. We highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and personalized experience.

I have stayed in Leuven for work 4 to 5 times a year for over 10 years. My first time choosing B&B Daya and I'm gutted I haven't found this earlier. the host/owner was very welcoming, the room was very nice, a good size, clean and the bathroom was great. the breakfast in the morning was lovely and it all just felt like real value for money. the location is great too, right near the station. A real gem and I'm staying here every visit from now on!

This hotel is a real gem! The location near the train station is perfect for easy travel, and the rooms are bright, fresh, and modern with lots of attention to detail. Room was nicely decorated with modern furniture and hi-tech devices. the breakfast was delicious and filling. the location was easily accessible and close to the train/bus station.

The property is located at a busy junction, making it difficult to stop or park near the entrance. Street parking was available but required some walking.
